How the work goes

Projects in your workspace

When a study starts in your region, the project appears in your workspace and we let you know in Telegram. You see the rate, the number of interviews and the project dates, and decide yourself whether to take it.

Interviews from a ready questionnaire

The questionnaire, quotas and prompts are in the Sonar app on your phone. The app shows whom you still need to interview, and answers recorded offline are sent once you are back online.

Every interview is checked

Each interview is audio-recorded with the respondent's consent and marked on the map. We check the recordings: accepted interviews are paid, and faking ends the cooperation.

Flexible hours

You work when it suits you and take as many projects as you can. This is contract side work, not a staff position.

How we pay

For every accepted interview

Each project has its own rate. It is shown on the project card before the “Take” button, so you know the amount before you agree.

The amount is take-home

We work under a civil-law contract: the company withholds and pays the tax on your fee. You receive the amount you see in your workspace.

Paid to your card

To your Uzcard or Humo card. You request a withdrawal in your workspace once your balance reaches 200,000 UZS.

A monthly statement

Your workspace generates a statement: how many interviews were accepted and how much was credited that month.

    One button, no password: Telegram confirms your number.

    A short profile

    Your name, the cities and districts where you can work, and your interview languages.

    Online training

    Interview standards and how to use the app. The system checks the result — nobody approves you by hand.

    The contract — once

    Your ID details, PINFL and a card for payouts. You sign the contract in your workspace; after that each project is just an assignment.

    Projects

    You take open projects in your region and start working.

Who we are looking for

  • Readiness to visit the addresses and locations the project sets

No experience needed — we will train you.

Frequent questions

Do I need experience?
No. The training covers interview standards and the app, and every project comes with instructions.
How much can I earn?
It depends on the project: the rate per interview and the number of interviews are shown on the project card before you take it.
How often are there projects?
As orders come in. We keep interviewers in every region and invite those who have finished the training and signed the contract first.
Why the contract, ID and PINFL?
We work officially: a civil-law contract, and the company pays the tax on payouts. The data is needed for the contract and payouts, is stored on servers in Uzbekistan and is never linked to respondents' answers.
What if an interview is rejected?
A rejected interview is not paid. If rejections pile up, access to projects is paused until you retake the training; faked answers end the cooperation.
Is this a permanent job?
No, it is contract side work: you choose the projects and the hours. The contract has no end date and either side can end it at any time.
