Insight screening

Which customer pains are real, and which we’ve imagined.

5-of-30 rotationEmotional response
Discuss this task

What this study is for

You have hypotheses about buyers’ pains and needs — from interviews, support tickets, brainstorming — and you need to know which are truly widespread and sharp before building a product or communication. The input is up to 30 statements; if you don’t have them yet, Sonar helps phrase insights from your raw description.

How the study works

Up to 30 statements, each respondent randomly sees 5. We measure relevance (“this is about me”) and freshness plus emotional response — which tells a polite “yes” apart from a real pain. AI helps phrase insights from a raw description.

What's in the report

A potential map (relevance × freshness quadrant), an insight ranking, an emotional profile for each, and a split by interview language. Always included: AI findings, differences explained in plain words, an interview-language split, and PDF/PPTX plus raw-data export.
